The December gloom that settled in on Sunday cleared out around noon today. Afternoon sunshine was nice to see, but it remained cold with afternoon highs in the low 40s. The warmer winds that helped to remove today’s clouds will remove December’s chill on Tuesday.
For tonight, we’ll find an increase in clouds and wind. This will cause temperatures to stall around the freezing mark tonight. The clouds will make a quick exit early Tuesday with bright skies and breezy southwest winds sending temperatures to levels we haven’t seen since before Thanksgiving.
