Whitehall Township to raise taxes nearly 24%

WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. – The Whitehall Township Board of Commissioners adopted the 2026 budget with a tax increase Monday night at the administration building.

Property owners will have their rates rise from 3.80 mills to 4.70 mills, which translates to a nearly 24% increase. This is the township’s first tax increase since 2019.
