BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — The trial of Alan Booth, the 74-year-old man accused of crashing into a crowd at the Bakersfield Christmas Parade in 2023, injuring several people, has been delayed once more.
Booth pleaded not guilty to charges of assault with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest, and DUI.
