NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Two teens were arrested Sunday night when they barricaded themselves inside a North Charleston home they were attempting to steal from.
Officers with the North Charleston Police Department responded to a reported burglary at a home on Waltham Drive around 10 p.m. Sunday.
