CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A mother is looking for peace six months after an explosion and fire at the Rainbow Terrace Apartments burned her family out of their home.
Eionzjan Moses and her two children — two-year-old son Zyion and one-year-old daughter Zy’arie — have lived in three places since the fire.
