Ocala man indicted for murdering UK woman after she flew to US seeking death

OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) – The State Attorney’s Office has secured an indictment against a man from Ocala, Fla., accused of killing a woman from the United Kingdom who arranged her death.

A grand jury indicted Dwain Hall, 53, on Friday on the charges of first-degree premeditated murder and kidnapping in connection with the death of Sonia Exelby, 32, of Portsmouth, England.
