ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Students at St. John Fisher University hosted an event on Thursday to support local businesses and other students with the help of furry friends.
The Cats and Coffee event was organized by a group of students participating in a media relations course taught by Dr. Melissa Greco Lopes. Students were tasked with creating a real-world opportunity to use the skills they learned in the class. As part of the project, a group collaborated with Luigi’s Coffee and East Rochester Meow-scue.
