Sonoma Residents Invited to Review Draft Land Use Plan and Attend Meeting on Sebastiani Property Changes

The City of Sonoma has released the Draft Land Use Element as part of its General Plan Update. The document describes proposed land use strategies for housing, economic growth, open space, and environmental protection. It also addresses the preservation of local character. Residents can review the draft on the city’s project website and submit comments by February 2, 2026.
