Deputies arrested 29-year-old Detrestian Damon Gilbreath Monday at 2:15am in the 100 block of West Hastings for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-3 and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair, total bond was set at $3,500. Potter County arrested Midland County Jail Inmate Guadalupe Rodriguez Gonzalez, age 42 Monday at 11am for Criminal Non-Support. Potter County charged Clements Unit Inmate Terry Michael Gonzalez, age 33 of Beaumont for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
