EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 40-year-old man was arrested on a warrant for homicide and attempted homicide and was extradited to Ciudad Juárez.
The State Investigation Agency, assigned to the District Attorney’s Office North Zone, carried out an arrest warrant for Hugo Cesar P. A., 40, for the possible crimes of aggravated homicide and attempted aggravated homicide.
