Tulsa man pleads guilty to rape and kidnapping charges, sentencing set for January 2026

TULSA, OKLA (KTUL) — On Friday, Dec. 5, Tulsa resident has pleaded guilty to first-degree rape, kidnapping, and first-degree burglary.

In February of 2025, Tulsa police officers responded to a rape in progress. When officers arrived, the 18-year-old victim stated that a short, Hispanic male knocked on her door and threatened her with a gun.
