Two facing federal charges following protest during raid at Taco Giro in Tucson

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Two people are facing charges in connection with the protest outside a Taco Giro in Tucson during the federal raids on Friday, Dec. 5.

According to court documents, Sheryl Anna Rowe has been accused of assaulting a federal agent, while Ryan Michael Seal has been accused of damaging a federal vehicle.

The incidents happened at the Taco Giro near St. Mary’s and Grande in Tucson. It is the same location where Rep. Adelita Grijalva claimed she was pepper-sprayed by agents…
