Milton, NY (WRGB) — A Ballston Spa man is facing felony charges after the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says he was involved in a fight that violated an order of protection.
Deputies responded around 11:43 a.m. Monday to Paisley Road for a reported altercation. Following an investigation, 25-year-old Richard Daniels was arrested and charged with:
- Aggravated family offense, Class E felony
- Criminal contempt in the first degree, Class E felony
According to the Sheriff’s Office, Daniels is accused of unlawfully fighting another person in violation of an order of protection. Officials say he has a prior conviction for a specified offense within the last five years, which elevates the charge to an aggravated family offense…
