BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Residents at Town Square Village Apartments in east Birmingham say navigating their parking lot has become an everyday challenge — one that feels more like an obstacle course than a place to park.
Many describe carefully weaving around potholes scattered across the entrance and throughout the lot, and say the constant dodging has come with a steep financial cost.
