BALTIMORE (WBFF) — For Baltimore City State’s Attorney Ivan Bates, success isn’t just measured in reducing violent crime, but in strengthening support for those who report it. That’s the message behind his new ad campaign, pointing to new investments made in victim services.
“My number one goal will always be to ensure that no victim of crime is every left feeling hopeless of helpless,” Bates says in a new TV and radio ad.
“We want them to feel safe, and then, we want them to feel like they can reach out to us,” adds Chief of the State’s Attorney’s Victim Witness Division, Amanda Grantham, “We try to take any information that we possibly can and make sure that we’re actually getting a hold of our victims and witnesses.”…
