‘Lifetime’ deer killed, stashed by hunters in Perry County state forest stolen

PERRY COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A deer that hunters had already killed and tagged in a Perry County state forest was stolen last week.

A hunting party stashed the buck behind a tree along a pipeline about 200 yards off of Wolf Road in Toboyne Township in the Tuscarora State Forest around 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, according to a Facebook post.

Upon returning to the spot where they had placed the deer after they finished hunting, they saw it was gone…
