FORT MYERS, Fla. — The State Attorney’s Office announced a grand jury indictment Tuesday afternoon against a Hialeah man accused of stabbing his ex-girlfriend to death in Lehigh Acres on Nov. 8.
According to the State Attorney’s Office, the Lee County Grand Jury returned an indictment against 31-year-old Leosbey Cuesta de Armas on the charge of first-degree murder and first-degree burglary while armed.
