MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The teenager believed to be responsible for a shooting on Beale Street during the 901 Day celebration in September has been moved from juvenile to adult court, the Shelby County District Attorney’s Office said Tuesday.
16-year-old Joshua Hicks was arrested after he allegedly opened fire on Memphis’ most famous street during the 901 Day festivities on September 1, striking 17-year-old T’marious Allen in the arm and the stomach.
