MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – The Myrtle Beach City Council has approved annexation and a new spiritual center to expand Chabad of Myrtle Beach.
Chabad is planning a $200,000 public improvement project with a five-phase construction plan, called the 29th Avenue Spiritual Center Planned Unit Development.
