ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR)- Federal officials said a Roanoke County man who posed as a teenager online in order to exchange sexually explicit messages has pleaded guilty to attempted sexual exploitation of a minor.
John Ryan Barnett, of Catawba, was arrested in North Carolina back in August. According to officials, the victim was a 15-year-old girl living in Michigan.
