ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – KOB projects Stephanie Telles to win the Albuquerque city council seat for District 1.
The seat was vacated by Louie Sanchez who gave up his seat to run for mayor. Sanchez was voted out of the race in the November election and was not part of the runoff.
