ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – State officials have charged an Upstate man with lottery fraud.
According to the State Law Enforcement Division, investigators have charged Dajun Marquis Martin, 33, with intent to defraud, counterfeit game tickets and attempting to influence a game by tampering.
