ZEPHYRHILLS, FL – The Zephyrhills Police Department (ZPD), in partnership with the Tampa Bay Human Trafficking Task Force, has announced the results of a targeted four-day operation focused on identifying human trafficking activity, supporting potential victims, and holding offenders accountable.
The initiative led to six arrests on charges related to human trafficking, solicitation, and other associated offenses. Four of the individuals arrested were taken into custody by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and are currently being held on immigration detainers pending deportation proceedings.
