An apparent explosion in a Sacramento neighborhood left two people with minor injuries, the Sacramento Fire Department said Tuesday.
Calls came in around 2 p.m. about a possible explosion at an apartment complex on Carlson Drive, near Moddison Avenue, but when crews arrived, Sacramento Fire said there were no flames or smoke at the scene.
