ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Police are searching for a suspect after apprehending a man who allegedly had a ghost gun on Hudson Avenue.
On Tuesday afternoon, around 3:30 p.m., an investigation was underway on Hudson Avenue when Rochester police officers tried to stop two men, who immediately ran.
