BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – Two-time national championship winning assistant Bobby Shuttleworth was hired as the new head coach for the Texas A&M soccer team, Director of Athletics Trev Alberts announced Tuesday.
“We are very excited to welcome Bobby (Shuttleworth) and his family to Aggieland and have him lead us in this new era of Texas A&M soccer,” Alberts said. “Bobby is a proven winner both as a coach and player with a track record of developing high-level talent. His strong leadership and competitive vision give him a great understanding of what it takes to be successful at this level. We are confident Bobby will elevate our program while supporting our student-athletes both athletically and academically.”
