For athletics, the school is preparing for the 7th and 8th grade boys’ basketball season. A meeting will be held on December 10 from 3:10 to 3:30 p.m. in the East Gym. Practices will start after the meeting and will be held every day after school except Tuesdays. Teams will be divided into A, B, and C squads for each grade. Placement depends on tryouts, academic performance, skill, and behavior. Athletic Director Jeff Williams asks parents to contact him with questions and to check the school’s athletic website for updates.
