LUBBOCK, Texas— Democratic nominee Nellie Hopson has announced her campaign for Lubbock County Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2, according to a press release obtained on Wednesday morning.
The Slaton native is a proud, devoted mother and a loving grandmother. Her professional journey includes service as a Veteran and a retired LVN, roles as a care manager for an insurance company, a detox nurse and an HIV case manager in both Texas and Virginia.
