A man is accused of injuring a teenager after crashing into a parked vehicle Friday morning while driving high on cocaine in Mead. According to the Greeley Tribune, 58 year old Douglas Warner was arrested on felony charges of DUI – vehicular assault and possession of a controlled substance, as well as misdemeanor charges for driving under the influence of drugs and careless driving, according to his arrest affidavit.
