ROCK RAPIDS—Two women were arrested about 2:45 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, in Rock Rapids on a charge of first-degree theft and more.
The arrest of 24-year-old Brandy Lee Decora of Winnebago, NE, and 21-year-old Prairee Louise Springer of Sioux City stemmed from Decora called the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office to say she and her friend had stolen a vehicle and they had run out of gas on the 100 block of First Avenue in Rock Rapids.
