LANE COUNTY, Ore. — Around 2:15 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 5, Oregon State Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Highway 58, near milepost 51 in Lane County.
Police say a westbound Audi Q5 driven by Jessica Nicole Ingoglia, 37, of Klamath Falls, left the lane of travel for unknown reasons, crossed the eastbound lane, and struck a dirt embankment.
