Amid what seems to be an increasingly hazardous situation, a notice residents at the South Peak by Vintage apartments at 1205 S Meadows Parkway just received has a list for “trash disposal requirements,” asking all trash to be placed inside garbage bins, no oversized items being permitted, and no excessive trash.
“If you see the bin is full either wait to leave trash or find another empty bin to dispose,” the letter sent out yesterday indicates.
“Any resident seen dumping excessive trash or not putting their trash inside the bin will be charged a $25 fee, each occurrence.”…
