NORTH COLLEGE HILL, Ohio (WKRC) – The Secret Service, Immigration, and Cincinnati police are joining North College Hill Police in a card skimming investigation.
Farkas Tamas is accused of installing the skimmer at the UDF on Hamilton Ave. on Dec. 7, while Teodor Roman allegedly acted as a lookout.
