ROCKINGHAM — An Alabama woman who reportedly caused a wreck in another county over the summer is facing six charges in Richmond County after allegedly stealing a car.
According to a magistrate’s order, 40-year-old Tammy Ann Savage, of Montgomery, Alabama, stole a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu in the city of Rockingham on Dec. 10, along with a black jacket.
She was arrested by an officer with the Rockingham Police Department and charged with: larceny of a motor vehicle; possession of a stolen motor vehicle; breaking and entering a motor vehicle; misdemeanor larceny; possession of stolen goods or property; and having no operator’s license…
