The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dominick Vincent Falsitta, 23, of Walhalla, and David Brice Rhymer, 30, with addresses in Walhalla and Greenville, on charges of Trafficking in Fentanyl after a traffic stop near Salem late Monday night.
A Uniform Patrol deputy observed the Honda Accord driven by Rhymer repeatedly cross the center line and run a stop sign, then saw a baggie thrown from the vehicle window during the stop.
