Michigan Milk Producers to add jobs, invest $122M in Clinton, Mecosta counties

The Michigan Milk Producers Association has been awarded over half a million dollars in state grant funds to create new jobs and invest in its facilities in Clinton and Mecosta counties.

The MMPA has received a $662,500 grant from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and a five-year, 50% tax exemption for job creation and investments at its facilities in Ovid and Wheatland Township, according to a news release from Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s office.
