Sebastopol man sentenced for 4th DUI

(KRON) — A Sebastopol man who was convicted of DUI four times within the past decade was sentenced to prison Tuesday following his most recent drunk driving incident.

Rafael Onofre-Remigio, 31, was sentenced by Sonoma County Superior Court Judge Kenneth Gnoss to serve three years in state prison, prosecutors said.

Just after midnight on August 26, California Highway Patrol officers pulled Onofre-Remigio over for speeding nearly 100 mph on Highway 101.
