A Prairieville couple has purchased a Government Street building and plans to turn it into a revolving sushi restaurant.
Mission 73 Property LLC purchased the Choices Salon Suites building at 4914 Government St. for $1.05 million in a deal that was filed Monday with the East Baton Rouge Clerk of Court’s office. The seller was L’Dor V’Dor Investments III, a Dallas-based partnership.
Mission 73 is headed up by Shi Jian Zheng and Stacy Chen, who plan to open Zuma Revolving Sushi Bar in the building…
