1 person dead after head-on, multi-vehicle crash in Fabens

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 54-year-old woman is dead, and two others were hurt after a head-on, multi-vehicle crash in Fabens, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.

Fatal three-vehicle crash shuts down Alameda Street in Fabens

Shortly before 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 10, deputies were dispatched to the 17000 Alameda Avenue regarding a motor vehicle crash.

When deputies arrived, they found a multi-vehicle crash “involving serious injuries,” according to the Sheriff’s Office.

EPCSO requested assistance from the Special Traffic Investigators, who assumed the investigation.

Preliminary investigation revealed a red Silverado was traveling westbound on Alamenda, which was followed by an SUV. As a gray pickup was traveling eastbound, the SUV attempted to pass the Silverado and collided head-on with the pickup, EPCSO said…
