LAFAYETTE, La. (NEWS 15) — The Lafayette Parish School System is celebrating the achievements of its 2026 Students of the Year.
The honorees are 5th-grader Avery Eaton from Milton Elementary School, 8th-grader Shya Hebert from LJ Alleman Middle School, and 12th-grader Lincoln Trumps from Lafayette High School.
