ST. LOUIS – Nearly two years after a police car crashed into his business, the owner of St. Louis’ Bar:PM has filed a new lawsuit, accusing officers of engaging in a cover-up and falsely arresting him.
Chad Morris formally filed the lawsuit Wednesday in St. Louis Circuit Court, nearly six weeks after criminal charges against him stemming from the crash were dropped.
