ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A local man, dubbed by deputies as the “Al Capone of organized retail theft,” has been sentenced to prison for the large-scale operation he led.
A judge sentenced Raul Garcia to nine years in prison Wednesday. It comes after Garcia pleaded no contest in July to charges related to a massive organized retail crime and racketeering operation.
