EUGENE, Ore. – A series of water main breaks have been causing concern for residents near East 30th Avenue and Willamette Street. Neighbors reported hearing light popping noises before a water main burst, with mud and water gushing out, leading to significant disruption.
Local crews responded quickly to the scene, arriving within half an hour to begin repairs.
