HONOLULU (KHON2) — Honolulu Emergency Medical Services responded to a crash in the evening on Dec. 10.
Officials said that around 7:15 p.m., a 22-year-old woman was riding a moped without a helmet when she was hit by a vehicle, critically injuring her.
