BESSEMER Ala. (WBRC) – A court case might force the City of Bessemer to reveal more about what the city council considered before voting to rezone hundreds of acres of agricultural land to make way for a massive data center.
People who live near the site off Rock Mountain Lake Road filed the civil complaint in April challenging the rezoning process.
