City Seeks Community Input on Future of Glenwood Area Properties; Applications Open December 10

The City of Greensboro’s Housing and Neighborhood Development Department has started a two-stage process to sell and redevelop properties in the Glenwood Reinvestment Area. A Request for Interest (RFI) is now open for developers and community groups.

The RFI covers three sites: 1417 Glenwood Ave., 1115 Grove St., and 1104 W. Florida St. Applications open on December 10, 2025, and are due by January 30, 2026.
