The City of Greensboro’s Planning Department has updated its online zoning applications. The new system includes a checklist for required information, drop-down menus based on the current Land Development Ordinance, and electronic signature options. The requirement for notarized signatures has been removed for applicants representing property owners, but documentation of authorization is still required.
Other changes include clearer instructions for application requirements, such as Traffic Studies and Unified Development Plans.
