New details to be released in manager accused of defrauding $200k from clients

BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) — The Boca Raton Police Department (BRPD) will provide details Thursday on the arrest of a Clearwater man accused of orchestrating a large-scale fraud scheme of nearly $200,000.

Police say Marius St. Gerard, 38, was taken into custody on November 23 in Clearwater after a two-year investigation into allegations of organized fraud.
