CUMBERLAND, R.I. (WPRI) — The Cumberland Police Department has launched a new initiative aimed at expediting and streamlining the search for missing vulnerable residents.
The Cumberland Locate, Engage, and Reunify (CLEAR) Initiative allows loved ones and care takers to submit information about residents who pose a heightened risk of wandering off.
