A missing 49-year-old woman’s remains have been identified decades after they were discovered about 20 miles northeast of Sacramento, according to authorities.
On Tuesday, Dec. 9, officials announced that the remains of Marjorie Linehan, who disappeared on Oct. 1, 1982, had been identified, the Placer County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
